Guidelines for Fan Letters and Support (Updated on May 22, 2023)
Hello. This is Sony Music Entertainment Korea.
We’d like to share guidelines regarding fan letters and support.
After having careful discussions with the Artist, we have decided that from March 13, 2023, we would not accept fan letters or support that have not been previously arranged to be provided for official activities.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, and please refer to the below for more details.

※ It’s not allowed to give gifts or letters directly to the Artist even during official activities. As for letters, please give them to the staff.

1) Applicant name / Contact number
※ If the support is organized by multiple organizations, please write the information of all participants and specify the representative.
2) Support date/time/location
3) Supported items
※ Please specify the details. (Do not use ambiguous words such as “etc.”, or “kind of”.)
※ Content that may deteriorate, such as fresh flowers and cakes, gift cards that may be exchanged for cash, or cash are strictly prohibited.
※ If the support contains items that have not been stated in the application, it won't be accepted, and the applicant may not be allowed to conduct support in the future.
[Support Cautions]
1. All support must be arranged and agreed upon in advance via email.
2. Please submit the application three weeks prior at the earliest and three days prior at the latest.
* You can apply for support based on the time the official schedule is uploaded on the website or the official notice is announced.
3. Support that does not follow the prearranged schedule, contains unacceptable items, is provided through unofficial channels, or has not been previously arranged will be returned or disposed of.
4. When more than two applications are submitted for the same date, the applicant who submitted first will be given the opportunity. If an application form is incorrectly filled and thus put on hold and another correctly-filled application form is received, the latter will be given the opportunity.
5. Content that may deteriorate, such as fresh flowers and cakes, is not accepted.
6. All of the details stated above also apply to overseas activities.
All notices are subject to change, so please make sure to check them before submitting the application.

※ Si la muestra de apoyo es gestionada por varias organizaciones, escriba los datos de todos los participantes y especifique el representante.
2) Fecha/hora/lugar de la muestra de apoyo
3) Elementos de la muestra de apoyo
※ Especifique los detalles, por favor. (No utilice palabras ambiguas como "etc." o "algo así como...").
※ Quedan estrictamente prohibidos los elementos que se puedan deteriorar, como flores frescas y pasteles, dinero en efectivo o tarjetas regalo que se puedan canjear por dinero.
※ Si la muestra de apoyo contiene elementos que no se han indicado en la solicitud, esta no será aceptada y es posible que no se permita al solicitante realizar muestras de apoyo en el futuro.
[Precauciones para la muestra de apoyo]
1. Todas las muestras de apoyo deben ser organizadas y acordadas previamente por correo electrónico.
2. Envíe la solicitud como mínimo tres días antes, y como máximo tres semanas antes.

3. Las muestras de apoyo que no sigan el programa preestablecido, contengan elementos no aceptados, se proporcionen a través de canales no oficiales o no se hayan acordado previamente, serán devueltas o descartadas.
4. Cuando se presenten más de dos solicitudes para la misma fecha, se dará la oportunidad al solicitante que la haya presentado primero. Si un formulario de solicitud es rellenado de manera incorrecta y, por tanto, queda pendiente, se dará la oportunidad a otro formulario de solicitud recibido que esté rellenado de forma correcta.
5. No se aceptan elementos que se puedan deteriorar, como flores frescas y pasteles.
6. Todos los detalles indicados anteriormente también aplican para las actividades en el extranjero.
Todos los avisos están sujetos a cambios, así que asegúrese de comprobarlos antes de presentar la solicitud.

[申请应援的注意事项]
1.所有应援都需通过邮件进行，只有通过事先协调和协商的应援才能得到传递。
2.请提前三周至三天提交应援申请。

3.如有不遵守日期的应援、不得传递的物品、途径不明的传递、没有经过协商的应援，将会被退回或销毁。

5.鲜花及蛋糕等有变质危险的食物很难送达。
6.以上所有事项均适用于海外行程。
所有公告会在无通知的情况下修改或变更，
